Independent Living Services for Isanti County
Cart to Cupboard is a project of the Isanti
County Commission On Aging.
We offer delivery of groceries, frozen meals, hardware supplies, library and postal materials, prescriptions and medical equipment, and pet supplies to senior (60+) and disabled adults living independently ANYWHERE in Isanti County. We also provide services including light housework, chores, transportation to medical appointments or to shop for yourself, and friendly conversation.
